25 years ago there was already PAZ, the legendary presence and order time system. Under Windows, this solution has been made available for Microsoft operating systems and is more than 20 years in productive use. Many modules were added and thus lisa is now the trademark of the business unit standard solutions for nearly all HR issues: Time and attendance, access control, visitor management, BDE and order time, project time recording, project controlling, modules for the personnel office, travel time and travel cost accounting. Through web-based solutions, it was frequently possible to "transported" activities by the personnel office to direct interaction between employees and supervisors (ESS). The classic Vacation request is only one example among many.

OZ is a software-company with longterm practice, state-of-the-art-know-how and high competency. Managing Director and the core staff worked together for over 20 years! OZ is a training company too.
